: Love this place. Everyone is so nice. If you don't have health insurance this is the place to go. They work with you to get on a payment that's doable. I got a CAT scan here years ago and got it paid off in no time. I went into for another fall. They looked at me and... didn't charge. UPDATE!I have been back twice for shoulder injuries. They were AWESOME! We just had an off night and it happened to be my first visit. I’M SO GLAD I WENT BACK! I will go no-where else!People were kind, gave me a Demerol , but I requested a urinalysis and they did not do... it. The next day, I had to get up out of bed and go to another doctor so I could get a urinalysis done. Now, how do you think this made me feel being very ill? Just be more thorough because I, being sick did not want to have to come back to you, my husband had to drive…… that’s time and money lost on his part too. When I went to the hospital? I was quickly admitted and quickly taken to the back. To begin the diagnosis. They were very friendly and very professional and very caring. If the time comes when I need to go back again. I would have no hesitation.

Cabot ER took excellent care of me. They were very thorough. The staff was great at explaining things.

Last night march 30th 2025 was a better visit than I ever had. Considering the visits before this one in 2024 weren't a great experience. This night was a better experience.

Solved my problem and made me aware of something I didnt know about. Was in and out quick and staff was great.

I went in with a kidney stone and was taken care of immediately. My nurses (shout out Courtney) and the doctor were very kind and attentive. I left with my diagnosis and pain under control. 10/10 recommend!

Unfortunately, I seem to need a trip here about once a spring. I have never had a better experience for emergent care than here. Prompt, kind and compassionate care. When I do something less than smart and need a little help, there’s nowhere else I will go, ever.
