COVID-19 TESTING
Cabot Emergency Hospital offers safe, fast, and effective COVID-19 testing. We have the capabilities for Antigen, PCR testing, and Antibody testing. If you are not experiencing symptoms and would like to be tested for COVID-19, please contact your primary care provider (PCP) and ask for an outpatient order. Those seeking testing who areactively experiencing symptoms can seek an order from their PCP or check-in to the ER at Cabot Emergency Hospital. Testing is available 24/7, 365 days a year, unless otherwise specified. For further information or questions, give us a call @ (501) 333-9110.
All patients without a written order will be seen through the emergency room after a free medical screening (emergency room charges will apply). The following documentation is required for hospital outpatient services to be rendered:
1) Documentation which supports the medical necessity of the outpatient service (e.g. physician’s office visit note, progress note, etc.).
2) A signed and dated physician’s order specifiying the requested outpatient service.
